2015 STANLEY CUP PLAYOFF REFUND POLICIES

Playoff Strip Holders:
Refunds for un-played games will be made within 30 days of the conclusion of the playoff season.  Do not return your tickets or parking passes for un-played games.  Those ticket holders that opted for a refund and paid by credit card will receive an electronic credit within 30 days following the final day of play.  Those ticket holders that paid by check or cash will receive a company check within 30 days following the final day of play.  Ticket holders that requested their credit to be applied to next season will see the credit reflected on their first or second invoice following the conclusion of playoffs.  Refunds will only be issued to the ticket holder of record in the same manner as payment was received.

Suite Holders and Annual Club Seat Holders:
Suite and Annual Club tickets that are included in your Annual Contract are not eligible for refunds or credits, except for Annual Club tickets or extra playoff tickets that were invoiced and purchased on a strip basis.

Individual and Group Ticket Buyers:
Please make copies of all tickets and correspondence for your records.

REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY FOR UNPLAYED GAMES
Ticketmaster.com or TM charge by phone orders:  Refunds include the cost of the ticket, the facility fee and all Ticketmaster fees (excluding any ticket delivery fees such as UPS) Refunds will be made automatically to the original credit card used within 3 business days of any un-played game.  There is no need to return original tickets.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Outlets: All tickets purchased must be returned to the original place of purchase to receive a refund.  Customers wishing to receive a refund must wait 24 hours past the un-played game date to receive refund.   Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Honda Center Box Office:  Tickets purchased via credit card or cash must be returned in-person to the box office to receive a refund.  Refunds will be to the original method of payment.  Customers wishing to receive a refund must wait 24 hours past the un-played game date to receive refund.

RESALE RESTRICTIONS

•    Electronic delivery (forwarding, print at home) will be enabled once the Anaheim Ducks go on sale for any individual round.
•    Sellers will be paid within 48 hours of each game played. 
•    Sellers can post at the price paid for each ticket.  Tickets posted at less than the purchase price may result in full strip cancellation.
•    The Anaheim Ducks provide customer service and guarantee the validity of tickets sold and purchased on Ticketmaster’s resale products (Team Exchange, TM Plus, Tickets Now and the NHL Exchange) ONLY and prohibit posting on other sites.
